We are located at 32 W. 28th Street between 6th Avenue and Broadway.  Our doorway is unassuming and located between 2 stores one named "Deals" and the other "Copa Cabana".  Our studio is on the 4th Floor and you can take either the elevator or the stairs. 

Yoga Union is close to most subway lines.  Penn Station is a 5 minute walk away.  The R & W trains bring you practically right outside our door.  We are also near the 34th Street B,D,F,N,Q,V, the 28th Street 1 train and the 28th Street 6 Train as well as the 34th Street PATH.  There is also a parking garage directly across the street from our studio.  During the daytime, street parking is extremely limited.
